Whoa! I don't know about famous, but the reason we wanted to use the song is because 1, it's just an awesome some and Switchfoot is way cool, 2 it has amazing, lesson if you would (I'm at a loss for words at the moment :P) that we were ment to live for so much more. I take it as someone telling me, not to settle for what life has to offer but to shoot higher and larger. A kind of reach for the stars thing. When you see something wonderful, you need to grab onto it and not let go, or something that could be the best thing to ever happen to you will just pass you by. lol, I'm probably confusing you :P
And I've been into AMV making for a little longer than a year. I started late September last year, and I got my little brother into it a few months after.
Well, I have to go now. Once, again sorry if I confused you. I tend to do that :P and ONCE AGAIN, SWITCHFOOT IS AWESOME!!! ^_~

You know what is interesting? One of the first Switchfoot songs heard and liked was "Only Hope" set to a Final Fantasy music video created by some geeky person. I fell for the Music and the Video!
